  1. Warm a small amount of balm between your fingers.
  2. Apply directly to dry, irritated, or eczema-prone areas (lips, hands, elbows, etc.).
  3. Reapply as often as needed throughout the day, especially after washing or exposure to water, or whenever you notice dryness or discomfort.
  4. Layer over creams for extra protection on stubborn patches.
